If the product received does not meet your expectations, you can request a return or a refund by following the instructions below.

Return Conditions

You can request a return within 14 days of order delivery.
The item must be returned intact, unused, and complete with all original tags, exactly as received.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
However, we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of which varies based on the pickup address.

The label will be provided by our customer service and must be used for return shipping.
If used, its cost will be deducted from the final refund.

Refund

Once the product has been received and verified, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Any initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Method

The refund will be processed using the same payment method chosen during purchase, such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, or Klarna.

Product Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for another, the exchange costs will be determined with one of our operators.

Any price differences will need to be settled:

If the new product has a higher price, the difference must be paid (even upon delivery, if applicable).
Exchange costs do not include the price of the new item, which must be paid before shipping.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without the obligation to provide a reason.

Effects of Withdrawal

In case of withdrawal, the product must be returned within 14 days of delivery, without undue delay.

Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated.

The refund will be processed within 5 days of receiving the withdrawal request, but may be suspended until the return is received or proof of shipment is provided.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

Sealed products which, for hygiene or safety reasons, cannot be returned after opening
Custom-made or personalized items
Products sold in Pre-Order mode
